Ok, from my understanding you don’t know the password for the unit that is the way the unit does not let you connect via the cable.

Do below steps First, need to reset the unit password so that you will be able to access the unit:

1. Connect Tador-Gate to the power supply and antenna  
   wait till unit will be turned on ( can check via the light in the unit is green )
2. Once the light is green mean unit is on
3. Send SMS to the unit with below code :
4. 1234
5. This code will reset the unit password to default that is 1234
6. Open GTO software ( attached this page )
7. Connect unit to pc via Cable
8. Find COM port as done before in the Device Manager in the PC
9. Input password: 1234 ,  and COM port
10. Go to LOG column in the software
11. Press download log

• You can export log for Excel file using: "Export Log" button
